Do you offer sunrise shuttle departures?
Yes! Depending on the time of year, we provide sunrise shuttles as early as 4:00 AM. You can check current sunrise times on our booking calendar. Most guests like to arrive at least one hour before sunrise to fully enjoy the experience.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. However, please read the applicable fare rules carefully before booking your ticket, as conditions may vary depending on the fare. Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of departure may not be permitted or may be subject to additional fees, depending on the fare rules.
Where do I board the shuttle?
Boarding locations are listed on your booking confirmation. Most tours depart from central Banff locations — please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Are pets allowed on the shuttle?
For safety and comfort, pets are not permitted on our shuttles. Service animals are allowed with proper documentation.
How long can I stay at the destination?
The duration depends on the tour selected. Most tours allow 1–2 hours at the destination, giving you plenty of time for sightseeing and photos.
